Refund policy

Due to the nature of our custom made products no returns will be made except for the following reasons. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these rules:

  Inflatable Fun Warehouse LLC will only accept returns due to manufacturer defects with workmanship or materials up to 30 days from original purchase of your custom inflatable and up to 1 year on electric blowers. With inflatable materials, colors may be sightly off. This is NOT considered a manufacturer defect. 

  Though rare, sometimes manufacturer defects happen. If your product needs to be returned for any of the reasons stated above,  you must contact us via email at inflatablefunwarehouse@gmail.com or phone (877) 302-4222 immediately upon discovering the issue. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without contacting us first.
