Due to the nature of our custom made products no returns will be made except for the following reasons. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these rules:
Inflatable Fun Warehouse LLC will only accept returns due to manufacturer defects with workmanship or materials up to 30 days from original purchase of your custom inflatable and up to 1 year on electric blowers. With inflatable materials, colors may be sightly off. This is NOT considered a manufacturer defect.
Though rare, sometimes manufacturer defects happen. If your product needs to be returned for any of the reasons stated above, you must contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (877) 302-4222 immediately upon discovering the issue. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without contacting us first.
Items will need to be shipped back to us on buyers cost to be inspected upon receipt. If we determine that the issue is from a manufacturer defect a full refund will be given plus the return shipping cost to the buyer. If we determine the product issue is from abuse or neglect of such product and not due to manufacturer defect no refund will be given and product will not be shipped back to the customer. We reserve the right to make such determinations of judgment.
Once an item goes into the production stage of our order process there are absolutely no cancellation refunds given.
