Refund And Return Policy
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY AS THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES:
Our refund and return policy is as follows:
Due to the nature of our products, no returns or refunds will be granted unless it is due to a manufacturer error or defect. Any issues need to be addressed within 30 days of the delivery date. After the 30 day period has ended, refunds/returns for any reason will not be granted. It will also be at the sole discretion of Inflatable Fun Warehouse to grant such a return and/or refund for the defective item. Evidence, in the form of video and/or pictures, must be submitted to Inflatable Fun Warehouse for evaluation so that we may determine if a return or refund is due to the customer. Slight color differences in material are not covered as it is possible to have minor discrepancy with inflatable products.
If we require a customer to return an item, a refund will only be given when the item is received by our warehouse is then inspected and determined that it was our error or defect. If it’s found not to be a manufacturer error or defect NO refund will be granted and item will not be returned.
Any repackaging and return shipping cost are the complete responsibility of the customer, as well as any charges associated with the original shipping, including but not limited to Free Shipping. Once the item is returned and inspected, the customer will be refunded the original amount less the original free shipping that was provided if applicable. All returned items must be returned in original packaging. Any damaged packaging is subject to a 15% re-packaging fee.
All freight shipments have up to a 35% restocking fee in addition to any additional cost charged by the freight company.
Any items that have been opened and are still new and un-used will be subject to a 20% restocking fee because the item can no longer be sold as new.
ABSOLUTELY NO USED ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE!!!
All undeliverable items that are returned to our warehouse will be refunded less the shipping charges, any additional charges incurred from the shipping company and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Canceling An Order:
ALL MADE TO ORDER AND CUSTOM BUILT ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Any customer who purchases an item that is custom built with specific logos and/or color designs are charged in full prior to the manufacturing process and ABSOLUTELY NO cancellations or refunds are permitted. Once the custom art is approved by the customer and the manufacturing process has begun there is ABSOLUTELY NO cancellations or refunds.
Shipping Delays Or Lost Items:
As stated in our shipping policy we are not responsible for ANY shipping or customs delays. These are third party organizations and not in connection with Inflatable Fun Warehouse. Once the products are in third party possession it is their complete responsibility to deliver/clear such items in a timely fashion. So ABSOLUTELY NO refunds will be given due to third party delays or mishandling of products.
Once an order is placed you are agreeing to all terms and conditions of Inflatable Fun Warehouse's return and refund policy as stated above.
