Refund And Return Policy
Our refund and return policy is as follows:
Due to the nature of our products, no returns or refunds will be granted unless it is due to a manufacturer error or defect. Any issues need to be addressed within 30 days of the delivery date. After the 30 day period has ended, refunds/returns for any reason will not be granted. It will also be at the sole discretion of Inflatable Fun Warehouse to grant such a return and/or refund for the defective item. Evidence, in the form of video and/or pictures, must be submitted to Inflatable Fun Warehouse for evaluation via email so that we may determine if a return or refund is due to the customer. Slight color differences in material are not covered as it is possible to have minor discrepancy in inflatable products.
If we require a customer to return an item, a refund will only be given when the item is received by our warehouse then inspected and determined that it was our error or defect. If it’s found to not be a manufacturer error or defect no refund will be granted and item will not be returned. Any repackaging and return shipping cost are the complete responsibility of the customer.
